Providing Mental Health services and support...
when you need us!
Mental Health has no boundaries, it can affect anyone!
Don't let your mind bully your body into believing it must carry the burden of it's worries!
A Community Interest Company (C.I.C) is a Legal Structure, the organisation have limited liability, but with specific requirements to ensure we operate for community benefit, not for private gain. We are regulated by 'Office of the Regulator of Community Interest Companies', which ensure we operate in accordance with social objectives.
Blurry Days was established to provide mental health help and support, as well as raise awareness in the community and in the workplace. Our empowering team of professionals provide help and support to those facing mental health challenges, behaviours, and daily struggles, or those at risk of exploitation, focusing on marginalised individuals, couples, families and groups, who often fall outside typical support criteria.

Mental Health Matters - You Matter!
Some people suffering with mental health issues or low mindset can experience feelings of isolation, loneliness and being trapped, thus impacting social interaction, motivation, production at work and overall well-being.

Some people struggle or feel unable to talk to family, friends or colleagues, for fear of burdening, worrying or upsetting them.

Some people are reluctant to reach out because they don't know what to expect, whilst others desperately need help but don't know where to start looking.

Some people have spoken to GP's but NHS waiting lists are too long and private counselling or therapy is too expensive.

Mission
Mental illness can make people feel overwhelmed, scared, depressed, stressed, isolated, uncertain, confused or even suicidal.
At Blurry Days it is our mission to ensure that all adults, children and youth in local communities receive a range of specialised support to address mental health issues, help individuals evolve into the best versions of themselves, and offer encouragement to ensure they lead comprehensive and fulfilling lives.
Our help is focused particularly on marginalised individuals and families who fall outside conventional support criteria.

The initiative also champions the delivery to raise awareness in and around communities, as well as mental health support in the workplace by cultivating a culture of employee wellness.
